Sports Activities

For over 25 years, we have been involved in coaching sports programs for Special Needs Adults. We have seen the benefits of participating in team sports like softball, basketball, soccer and golf to be:

  • Physical exercise

  • Improved Physical coordination

  • Improved self confidence  

  • Social interaction 

  • Controlling of emotions

  • Building friendships on and off the field 

  • Bringing families together

  • Increase awareness of local special needs sports programs 

  • Sponsor events with other community sports organizations

  • Outreach to local schools with volunteer opportunities

  • Continue to be involved with Special Olympics Health and Wellness programs for athletes
